This Best Shared Screen Game You Have Probably Never Tried Launches to Switch
Wizard of Legend 2, an procedurally-generated journey featuring sorcerers striving to become mythical figures, is coming to Nintendo's console before month's end. Gamers can get available the 25th of November, giving fans of local multiplayer titles a fresh shot to explore one of the year's top-tier additions in its class.
A Challenging Start
Wizard of Legend 2 adopted the trajectory of many under-the-radar games. Its creators made it available in beta testing in the fall of 2024 on Windows PC, ahead of publishing it fully, alongside PS5 and Xbox Series X versions, in the summer of 2025. Upon release, it was widely panned. Only 29 percent of its player feedback are positive. Its feedback on Steam were "mixed", drawing from nearly a couple thousand evaluations, with many players pointing out the unrefined state and multitude of glitches upon release. Console players further lambasted that the multiplayer component, a major attraction for the title, mostly failed.
Ongoing Enhancements
Yet like many beta titles that release in rough states, The Wizard of Legend Sequel has gotten better. Over the past few months, the development team have released a series of patches aimed to resolve these problems. After playing Wizard of Legend 2 more than any latest game in the current year, I can confidently say it performs better compared to at launch (for Xbox, at least). It has achieved the level where nine times out of ten, one can successfully start a co-op session to operate. Not bad!
If It Functions, It Works
And once The Wizard of Legend Sequel functions, it works. Using an isometric view, you navigate element-based dungeons by launching incantations in action-oriented mechanics. Plenty of dashing, lots of avoiding, a great deal of handling spell delays. It's incredibly rapid and endlessly creative; through blending your spells together with an ally's, you can unleash powerful synergies.
Nintendo Switch Release Specifics
While the Nintendo Switch edition has not been comprehensively reviewed, it's important to remember Nintendo's famously strict quality standards for Switch games. The development team mentioned in a news release that this edition of Wizard of Legend 2 features every patch that have been released recently.
